Thanks so much for all your work today. Did a great job at sorting out our 30 year old wiring. We can sleep easy tonight knowing we are safe and sound. Very professional and gave us loads of good advice. Will definately use you again in the very near future.
Thanks Wendy, So many old unused cables, twin and earth and cable routing through unprotected bulkheads. Look forward to returning with arctic cable, new RCD, Galvanic Isolator, Sterling crossover switch, flexible conduit and P clips to tidy everything. - when you have the woodwork completed.

Answered an emergency call for my electrical problem swiftly. Diagnosed and rewired the fault quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this service again.
Thank you for your feedback, I was more than happy to help. Not much fun having dead batteries when you live aboard. Shows the risk potential for making poor connections that can get extremely hot under load. New cables and connectors now installed.
Saved our bacon, water everywhere mid shower. Thanks for your help and determination to clean everything.
Your welcome Ken, just give the waste pump and catch tube a clean every few months.
Mike, Narrowboat "Sparks"
With no heavy duty circuits available on an all-electric narrowboat because of an over-heated consumer unit, matters couldn’t have seemed much worse on the run up to Christmas. No oven or hob, no washing machine or drier and no immersion heater. A call to Kingfisher was followed by a visit to diagnose the problem and an accurate assessment of the costs for repair given, all on the same day. Two days later, everything is back to normal on a new consumer unit, all fitted, tidied and tested within a couple of hours. Brilliant work. Well recommended.
Thank You for your feedback Mike, it was a pleasure you get your boat electrics on line again, especially so close to Christmas.
Full rewire on engine controls, domestic wiring and battery power distribution. Ongoing project in preparation for spring. Removed dynamo charging in the picture, to be replaced with alternator and Blue Sea split charge relay.
Full electrical fit out on 240v only. Will have permanent 32A shore power connection. Working in conjunction with carpenter as we prepare this holiday home in this idyllic setting.
Replace water pump on narrowboat in Saul Marina, and sort some very poor wiring that had burnt cables due to positive and negative short circuits
Battery bank, Sterling Inverter/charger, 12v dc distribution, bow and stern shore power plugs with changeover switch, alternator connection, 12v lights and 240v sockets from consumer unit with 30mA RCD protection.
Battery bank rewire, bilge pump connection, Split charge relay, additional 12v USB and standard 12v outlets in saloon area and some wiring tidy up tasks.
